It was in a marvellous and stunning location to Arsenale pier. We ordered lunch at Bacaro Dai Bei, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue.

I was there for the new year and had a lovely stay, so I would return here. The breakfast was amazing and very good with croissant and hams and cheeses ect, the restaurant was good. The location was perfect and incredible, for example, a grand showpiece square was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The property was set in a very quiet area.

Fairly clean place with magnificent view of the beautiful sunset over Venice. Quiet atmosphere of this hotel and exceptionally kind and amiable staff. Incredible location and marvellous and very good breakfast with many choices. 25 km from Marco Polo airport. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The B&B was conveniently located near the Arsenale vaporetto stop, providing easy access to Saint Mark's Square. The waterfront location allowed for stunning views of the Grand Canal. The spacious rooms with high ceilings and unlimited espresso machines were a definite advantage. the helpful and pleasant staff ensured a comfortable stay.
The lackluster breakfast was a disappointment, though it didn't greatly impact the overall experience at the B&B.
