Very good

Месторасположение супер, 5 мин до Сан-марко. Супер вид из номера на лагуну.Очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал, тихие и комфортные номера. Уборка каждый день.

Не было свободного wi-fi интернета и русских каналов ТВ.

Только вид из нашего маленького балкона, на акваторию.

Завтрака просто нет. Круассаны, мюсли и йогурт. Администрация отеля приходила только утром на завтрак. Я попросила постирать вещи. Их у меня забрали. А на следующий день, мы уезжали. На мой вопрос: А где мои вещи? Был ответ: Извените, их наверное прийдется стирать второй раз, так как ночью шел дождь и они все мокрые. После этого администратор постучала в соседний номер и попросила снять вещи с веревки. Кучу мокрого и мятого белья мне положили в руки. Моему возмущению не было предела. Я спросла , а что гладить их никто не собирается? В отве получила: Что у нас такой услуги по стирке и глажке белья вообще нет! Тогда извените, зачем было вообще брать вещи? На соседней улицы я могла бы сдать все в прачечную. В итоге, дорогие и хорошие вещи были испорчены! Незнаю уж как их стирали, но на рамер все уменьшилось!

Хороший вид на лагуну из окон комнаты для завтраков

Очень темный номер, высокая лестница на 3 этаж( с чемоданами очень неудобно), один ключ на группу из трех человек.

im bad keine tissues, wenig duschgel, bad in den ecken schon ziemlich abgenutzt und gelb verkalkt - entkalker würde helfen
